Menus are only guides and we are open to discussion on any menu choices. We regularly tailor bespoke menus to suit our clients wishes and preferences and happily provide tastings.

All menus are priced following discussion.

  • Crispy fried assorted prawns with chilli dip
  • Smoked salmon cream cheese and dill blinis
  • Baby tomatoes olives and feta cocktail sticks
  • Mini sausages served hot in honey grain mustard and sesame seed
  • Mini prawn cocktails
  • Mini baby gem leaves with Caesar chicken
  • Goats cheese and caramalised onion crostini
  • Marinated olives
  • Tomato mozzarella basil and black olives with lemon oil and balsamic syrup
  • Crispy fried chorizo around a tower of bubble an squeak with a poached egg aloft
  • Baked mini Camembert with fresh herbs and olive oil
  • Homemade smoked mackerel pate with mixed leaves and lemon wedge
  • Seafood cocktail with dill and capers on shredded little gem
  • Mezze plates meat or vegetarian

  • Crispy belly pork on sage mash with a cider jus
  • Lamb rump served pink sliced over crushed new potatoes with a redcurrent mint red wine jus
  • Free range chicken breast wrapped in bacon with various fillings and accompanying sauces
  • Four bone lamb racks with a marsala jus on roasted vegetables
  • Salmon baked with a pesto crust on wilted spinach and buttered new potatoes
  • Thai chicken curry with basmati rice and prawn crackers

Buffet/Wedding Menus

  • Thai chicken curry with basmati rice and prawn crackers
  • Crisp crackling belly pork with homemade sausage meat stuffing
  • Braised lamb with rosemary apricots mint served with a meditteranean cous cous
  • Piri piri coated chicken portions with a lime chilli and vine fruit yellow rice
  • Slow braised beef short ribs with chorizo and root vegetables

  • Whole boned dressed salmon with prawns and a dill honey and mustard dressing

  • Sliced tomato in lemon oil black pepper and rock salt with a balsamic glaze
  • Meditteranean cous cous with roasted vegetables chick pea apricots and spring onion and mint with a harrisa dressing

Tasting Menus

Additional Services

Hog roasts are available at a cost of £600 and are suitable for large events. (Please contact us in advance for the best price per head). Our Hog Roasts include baps, stuffing and apple sauce. Please note that additional salad options are available at an additional cost per head. (Please contact us for a quotation).

We sell our own apple juice made by hand from the apple trees in our very own orchard, please contact us for more information.

All staff, marquees, toilets, tables and chairs, glassware and crockery hire can be organised if required. Delivery and collection to/from the venue can also be arranged.

NEW - we now offer naked wedding cakes which are homemade then set up at the venue - they include a decorative cake stand and knife. In addition, if you want a stunning center table piece why not try a beautiful cheese stack with a choice of delicious locally sourced cheeses and adornments.
